TEXCU is not a lender, financial institution, or credit provider.

• TEXCU does not guarantee approval, rates, or terms

• TEXCU does not issue loans or financial products

• TEXCU acts solely as an intermediary connecting users with third-party providers

All financing decisions are made solely by the participating lenders and institutions.

2. Eligibility

To use TEXCU, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Reside in the United States

• Be legally able to enter into binding agreements

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Information You Provide

When using TEXCU, you may provide personal and financial information, including:

• Name, phone number, email

• Date of birth

• Employment and income information

• Credit-related data

You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete

• You are authorized to share this information

• TEXCU may share your information with lenders, dealers, and service providers

All information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Providers

TEXCU connects you with third-party lenders, credit unions, and dealerships.

We are not responsible for:

• Their decisions

• Their rates, terms, or approvals

• Their actions or policies

Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

• Interfere with the operation of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

9. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

Agreement to Arbitrate

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TEXCU shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration Process

• Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules

• The arbitration will take place in Texas, unless otherwise agreed

• A single arbitrator will decide the dispute

No Class Actions

You agree that:

• You may only bring claims on an individual basis

• You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations

Exceptions

Either party may bring claims in small claims court for qualifying disputes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

TEXCU reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
